This application is a part of our ERP Application system. Only the existing users of our respective organisation can login in this application with given login credentials provided by the organisation.

Storage Access
- Our App collects data like image, audio, pdf or any other file only selected / uploaded by user are only for further use by their respective organisation for the services which Organisation/user opted for.
- In-App Features -> Images / Audio / PDFs are collected/uploaded to send to view in-app Notifications , Classwork , homework sections , I-Card , Report Card , Profiles.
- All data a user will need to access this application are given by their prospective organisation who uses our services. All provided data are safeguarded with many security measures.
- Our App never share any type of data to any third party.
Accessibility Service
Images- Images are collected/uploaded to send to view in-app Notifications , Classwork , homework sections , I-Card , Report Card , Profiles and others options if user`s Org opted for services.
- Access to contacts and collect details to contact other members of the respective organisation.
- Access to camera to upload Pictures/image through our app , like Profile Photo are used for ID card Related Services by their respective organization only if part of Features in app are enabled.
- Access to microphone to record and upload audio through our app for communication purpose between organisation and members only if Voice based Call/Voice Record services is enabled .
Usage Data
- Uploading process is only allowed to existing members of respective organisation. Any third person is Not allowed to login in the app and also the uploaded data like image,audio and pdf etc are organisation related documents.
- All the uploading in the app are either related with updation of the member's profile details or for correction in existing details. App does not upload anything that is not shown or user do not know about.
